How does it work?

We will find a way to keep development expenseslow and very manageable for you. If your project is one that we see a greater than average opportunity, and you have the ability to bring sales, we may waive all fees. We look forward to entering into very informal joint venture agreements. We have a lot of experience in designing deals so that only minimal legal resources are required to create our agreement so we can start doing business. The goal is to get your concept on the road to profitability as efficiently as possible.

In many cases, we like to own and host the domain name on which our joint venture resides. But as with every aspect of our process, it is open for negotiation.
